The representative we worked with at the showroom was very nice. The bad part of our experience with this company is finding out that the timeline and process of installing a gas insert was very disappointing. We ordered gas inserts based on measurements that the company's contracted technicians made. When the installers came to install the inserts, they did not fit.

We'd recommend them to family and friends, which we already have done.
We had to go through the process of reordering completely different inserts, which at the new size were very limited in options. Another two weeks went by before we heard anything. The manager called to inform us that the installers would be out the following day for install. They showed up mid-day, installed one of two inserts and we pointed out that one of the inserts they had for us was not ours.
